Refund policy
No Refund, No Return Policy

1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once a product has been purchased or a service has been rendered, it cannot be refunded. This policy is applicable under all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product/service, finding it cheaper elsewhere, or a change of mind.
2. No Returns
We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered or collected. All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be able to return the product under any condition.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or repair of the defective product. Please note that this is the only circumstance under which a replacement or repair may be provided.
